InkFlow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InkFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Privacy & Data Usage

By using InkFlow, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this section. We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service: artist names, Instagram handles, email addresses, and tattoo reference images uploaded by clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely via Firebase and Cloudinary and is retained only as long as your account remains active (see Section 14).

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new artist accounts. No payment information is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have access to all Pro features.

4. Subscription Fees

After the trial period, continued access to InkFlow Pro features requires a monthly subscription fee of $19. This fee is charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Payment Terms

Full Payment Required. Partial or half payments are not accepted. Your subscription will only be activated upon receipt of the full monthly fee of $19. Any partial payment received will not grant access to InkFlow Pro features and will not be refunded. You must complete the full payment before your account is upgraded.

6. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This includes partial payments, early cancellations, unused time, or account termination for violation of these Terms. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

7. Subscription Activation

Your subscription will be activated after payment confirmation, typically within 24 hours. Once activated, you will have immediate access to all Pro features.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused time.

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or delete any user account that we deem to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise harmful to the InkFlow platform or its users. Such suspension or deletion shall not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.

10. Artist Responsibilities

Artists are solely responsible for maintaining accurate availability, pricing, and service details on their InkFlow profile. Artists must honor confirmed bookings made through the platform. While InkFlow helps connect artists and clients, all services are provided independently by the Artist.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The InkFlow platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkFlow's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Artist to InkFlow during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall InkFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Third-Party Services

InkFlow integrates with trusted third-party services (including Firebase, EmailJS, and Cloudinary) to deliver core functionality. We are not responsible for the availability or data practices of these independent services.

14. Data Retention

We reserve the right to delete or archive inactive accounts and associated data after twelve (12) months of inactivity. "Inactivity" is defined as no logins to the InkFlow dashboard.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InkFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
